The space The property is comprised of two separate but adjacent 2BR/1BA units. This layout is perfect for groups or families who wish to vacation together but desire a little bit of privacy. Max of eight total and four people per unit. The property was fully renovated and designed to provide a comfortable, clean and modern oasis within Los Angeles. Each unit is equipped with Nest thermostat, high speed AT&T fiber optic network, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. Our property is maintained to be immaculately clean by a professional cleaning staff following Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process. *NEW* Our HVAC system is now installed with MERV13 filters and we have included HEPA air purifier with carbon filter at the property to ensure our guests’ health. Each 2BR/1BA has a queen bed in each bedroom, with large bright windows and blackout curtains, one bedroom has a closet and the other has a desk/chair. The living room includes a comfortable West Elm couch and coffee table, 65' large screen tv and a large sliding closet for additional space. The TV will be enabled for access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, FuboTV, HBO Max, etc. The bathroom has porcelain tiles with full shower/tub and Toto toilet. The kitchen has abundant cabinets, Carrara marble island and fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and Cuisinart coffee maker. We are family friendly - cribs and Inglesina high chair can be supplied for guests upon request. Guest access Please note the property is comprised of two identical adjacent duplex. Each unit is also a separate listing and has its own separate front entrance with keypad access and additional side door to access the private shared backyard. The backyard has various fruit trees (passionfruit, orange, lemon and peach) for your enjoyment with a patio table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The garage is locked and not accessible to guests. Street parking is plentiful. Please do not park or block the driveways. Guests will have full use of the gated backyard access which has an outdoor dining table and chairs. Please note we do have an electric Phase II charger onsite but this is subject to owner's approval given prior incidents and subject to an additional charge. Other things to note Failure to maintain the House Rules may cause fees to be charged to the guest. 1) Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. The cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11am to clean the house for the next guest. We try to be flexible when possible for check in/out if there is no existing booking so please let us know if you need any accommodation. 2) Absolutely no shoes are to be worn inside the house. We seek to maintain a very clean, pest/dirt/germ free environment for our guests. 3) Please be respectful to our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am, absolutely no parties are allowed. 4) This is a non-smoking property, all forms of smoking are prohibited inside the house or the backyard. 5) Please only use appliances for the suitable purpose. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. We want our guests to feel at home and ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. We continuously strive to maintain a perfect 5-star rating.
