Heater — Gas Heater (Very important) Please Note: The temperature setting for all guests should be set at a maximum of 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Please do not set the temperature over this limit due to our gas heater. ADD ONS: -We offer concierge service to help plan the trip including destinations- there would be an additional $150 flat fee. EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT: We offer early check-in and late check-out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM for an additional $50 each. Please request early check-in / late check-out within 24 hours of your check-in date so we can check out the most up-to-date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request. If you'd like to guarantee an early check-in/ late check-out, we can block the day before it after for $100. Guest access You'll be on the entire 2nd floor and have access to the Kitchen area (sink only), microwave, tea and coffee area, as well as each of the 2 bedrooms. 🚗 DRIVER Available: if you need a ride from SFO/Oakland, I can help you arrange for a private driver. If you are using the parking space, you will agree to this important note: Every Monday from 12-2 PM, there's street cleaning on our block. You cannot park on our side of the street during those times. If you do park there, you will incur a $90 parking ticket, which is not covered by me or the platform. Please park on the opposite side of the street during these 2 hours or move your car the night before.
