This is a beautiful home for your next coastal vacation. Featuring a modern design and aesthetics, with sweeping views of Pillar Point Harbor and Half Moon Bay, you won't find a more relaxing or spectacular place to stay for your next coastal adventure. Easy beach access steps away from the property will treat you to breathtaking sunsets at the Pacific Ocean. The space The home includes two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has one king bed, and the bedroom across the hall has two queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa on the top level. If two people take the sleeper sofa, the house sleeps up to 8 people max. The open floor plan from the kitchen through the living room and out to the deck creates a fantastic ambiance of relaxation and tranquility. It features beautiful kitchen appliances. If you choose to utilize the kitchen, you can take in the breathtaking views from the deck over a nice home-cooked meal. Sleeping specifics: The main-floor master bedroom, up one level of stairs, has a single king bed with panoramic views of the harbor and bay. The second bedroom on the same floor has two queen beds. The sleeper sofa, living room, kitchen, and stunning patio are on the top level. Guest access This property provides two parking spots in a gated, private lot. There is also free street parking. Other things to note While we appreciate you, our guests, here are some heads-up: No Parties/Groups: Please note: While we want you to thoroughly enjoy your time on this property, there is a strict no-party policy. We cannot allow groups of over ten people inside the property or on the premises. Please do not plan a "toast" or "gathering" of 10+ people on this site; go to a nearby venue that would love your business :). The owner lives next door; if you are in violation of the no-party policy, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refunds. Mail: USPS doesn't support delivery to this address. FedEx and UPS are the two best options if you need to receive a package during your stay. Noise: This beautiful property has live shoreline sounds: birds calling, seals barking, waves, and distant foghorns. The seaside bedroom has a white noise device in the nightstand, but if you are light sleepers or sensitive to such noise, you may want to book a different venue away from the seaside. Like many properties on the Half Moon Bay coast and SF area, the house does not have air conditioning. There is no elevator, and the living areas are up one and two levels from the ground level. Early check-in/late check-out: Please do not plan your stay to require early check-in. If you need to prepare for your wedding or event before 4 p.m., consider booking/checking in the day before—you'll be glad you did! We cannot offer late check-out as the cleaning crew often arrives at or close to 11 am check-out time and run a tight schedule. Thank you for reading and understanding/agreeing before booking.
