The space On the ground floor, a bedroom equipped with 2 beds of 80 cm x 200 cm, 1 armchair, 1 wardrobe, with an adjoining shower room + WC, opens onto the terrace equipped with its summer lounge. Upstairs, a beautiful living room of 15 m2 with a great volume (cathedral roof 3m50 high), open to a fully equipped kitchenette. The layout includes a table that can accommodate 4 guests, a lounge area with a sofa and a TV with TNT antenna. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and opens onto the terrace, protected from the sun by an electric awning. A cabin bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and storage shelves, a shower room and a separate toilet complete the floor.
