Make some memories at this unique family and pet-friendly place. The space Welcome to our renovated 1940’s house with two bedrooms and one bathroom located in the heart of Castle Hayne, NC. One room has a king bed and Roku TV. Second room has a queen bed. Please make sure you enjoy a game of shuffle board while you stay! Guest access The entire house is nestled between a large front yard with a beautiful 250+ year old Oak Tree and an oversized back yard. There is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway. Please park on that and not on the grass. Please DO NOT drive around the house or on the neighbor’s properties. Again we ask that you please do not park anywhere but on the gravel driveway of the Airbnb. Please respect our neighbors and their properties. No parties or events. Other things to note We are more than happy to have your furry friends visit our house but please make sure your pet is house trained or crated if you plan to leave them for any length of time. Please clean up after your pets. There is a one time $50 pet fee. Please make sure you select if you intend on bringing your pet. If we notice a pet on the property and have not been informed; we will charge $50 Pet Fee and inform Airbnb support of the situation. No parties or events. **No smoking in house** There are ashtrays on the front and back porches. CHECKOUT is 10AM. Our cleaner comes at 10AM unless a special request for a late check out is approved. Please be out by 10AM. Please note- No washer or dryer on property. There is a laundromat within 5 miles of property. Also the yard is not completely fenced in if you’re looking to bring your pet.
