This picturesque fishing village is home to the Aril River, the smallest river in Italy, which flows through the village into Lake Garda. The lovely town of Malcesine, which is dominated by Castello Scagligero, built in the 14th Century, is a 10-minute drive from the property. The town has several excellent restaurants and cafés, many with lake views. The town also hosts a Saturday market (8 am to 1 pm) offering the freshest local produce as well as fashion and accessories. From the Porticciolo di Malcesine (a 15-minute drive), you can take a ferry to the towns of Limone and Riva and enjoy a day out on the lake.
