Other things to note Important before booking keep in mind: 1. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay an additional fee not included in the reservation, amounting to COP 60,500 per person aged 9 years and older. This fee is charged directly by the condominium to each visitor and is paid only once per stay by debit card, credit card, or bank transfer; cash is not accepted. 2. This listing has only maximum accommodation for 10 guests including minors, no more guests will be allowed to add after this number, please refrain from this to avoid and avoid inconvenience. 3. Only one pet is allowed at an extra cost. You must indicate the pet you want to bring in the accommodation so that the price includes the surcharge. If you arrive at the accommodation with more than one pet, we may not allow you to enter and your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
