We want to ensure you have the best experience during your stay. Check-in Process: The cottage has a smart lock for convenience and contactless check-in. Prior to checking in, you will be provided a code for entry. All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie, and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and ensure the safety of all. Other things to note Reminders / House Rules: 1. Review sleeping arrangements before booking. 2. Upon arrival, read the Welcome Guide Book, conveniently located on the kitchen counter. 3. Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the cabin. 4. Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with this rule will result in additional commercial cleaning fees at your expense. 5. Dispose of trash in secure bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight to ensure your safety and the well-being of the local wildlife. 6. Please note that while we do not have full-time on-site maintenance or cleaning staff like hotels. We are regularly on-site working as we care greatly about the property's maintenance, upkeep, and development to provide a wowing experience for our guests and their loved ones. We do our best to go unnoticed and observe extended quiet hours. If you require assistance or attention, we will attend to your requests as promptly as possible. 7.
