BBQ &private parking The space Alterra Vita Captain’s Cabin is the definition of a summer retreat. It is 60 sq. m. and built in a very interesting way, with one bedroom for two on the top floor with ensuite bathroom, a second semi-enclosed bedroom on a loft over the living room and a sofa bed on the living room where one person can sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a fireplace. There are also two separate patios one right in front of the house with sitting benches built of stone and a pergola for shade where one can enjoy the awesome view of the sea and the magical sunset and another on the side of the house also shaded by a pergola which offers a more private relaxing spot with BBQ facilites. The house is part of a complex of 5 houses on a large property with a massive olive tree in the middle of the shared garden. There is parking space for up to two cars. On the shared space of the garden there are outdoor showers to wash off the salt of the sea before heading back to the house. Alterra Vita Captain’s Cabin is the perfect choice for families or small groups of friends (up to 5 people). The space There are 2 double beds in the house - on in a private bedroom and one in a semi-private bedroom, enclosed by curtains for extra privacy, located in a loft just over the living room. Each bedroom comes with a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms with a shower and a living room with a sofa-bed where one person can sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals and enjoy them at your private balcony or one of the patios. There is also a private BBQ at the patio. Location: Tripotamos Beach (3 km outside of Neos Marmaras). The house is the corner house of a complex of 5 independent houses. The complex is located in front of the sea, just 3 km from the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras village and close to some of the nicest beaches in Halkidiki. It has direct access to a rocky beach, and there is free private parking for up to two cars. Services: Weekly cleaning services are available for stays of more than 7 days (once per week). No daily cleaning service. No meals provided, however there is a fully equipped kitchen in the house for you to prepare your meals. It also has BBQ facilities at the patio.
