In addition, it's just a 35 minute drive to High Point Furniture Market. The home overlooks a lake in a gated, private neighborhood. Property has two outdoor spaces for brunches/dinners and a pool. No parties, events or weddings allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor (ranch style). Our basement is for storage and cars only and guests will not have access to this area.
