Close to the seaside town of Whitstable, historic Canterbury and the sleepy market town of Faversham, Myrtle Stables provides the perfect base from which to explore picturesque Kent. Right on your doorstep, discover the beautiful village of Hernhill - with its stunning church, charming pub and peaceful countryside. The stables have been lovingly converted by local craftsmen and are set a discrete distance from the main house. Enjoy spacious accommodation, parking, a sunny deck and garden... The space Park up in your private space or hook up your electric car, then step inside the newly converted stable. Kick off your shoes and hang up your coat as you pass through the entrance hall and into the spacious open plan living area. Cook up a storm in the fully fitted kitchen or simply relax in the lounge area with French doors that open out onto the decking and private garden. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious kingsize room with stunning views from the Juliet balcony, and plenty of room for a travel cot or 'put up' bed. There's an additional guest bedroom with a small double sofa bed with views of the private garden from a velux window. The guest bathroom boasts an electric shower, bath and WC. The lounge can sleep up to two on a comfortable sofa bed. Guest access Approach via a tarmac driveway (next to the Farmhouse), and park outside Myrtle Stables - you have access to your own private garden and decking from here. There is also an electric hook up for charging any electric vehicles (extra fees apply - please enquire). Other things to note On site there is a dog field that is rented privately to dog walkers. This is separate to Myrtle Stables. However, if you wish to rent the field during your stay - please enquire.
