There are beautiful places, and there are places that leave you speechless. Casa Cielo y Montañas is a house made of glass and exposed concrete, suspended above the Pasto River canyon and located inside Symphonia Sanctuary. From here, the Andes, the clouds and the Galeras volcano seem to go on forever. Our guests describe it as “magical,” “like something out of a movie,” and with “one of the most beautiful views in the world.” A private haven for relaxing, contemplating and experiencing a landscape that photos fail to capture. The space Casa Cielo y Montañas was designed so that the architecture almost disappears against the landscape. Glass, exposed concrete and open spaces create an intimate retreat where the living room, bedroom and kitchen remain connected to the canyon, mountains and sky. In front of the house, a reflecting pool with an infinity effect seems to extend into the void of the canyon. Depending on the weather and the season, you can see clouds moving between the mountains, waterfalls cascading down their slopes, and the Galeras volcano dominating the horizon. The house features a king-size bed and high-quality bedding, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom that opens visually onto the mountains, and a workspace from which it's hard to stop admiring the landscape. On the rooftop, you can exercise, sunbathe, or just stop to take in the view. Around the property, small trails allow you to walk among the vegetation and get even closer to the land. Everything is designed for a private and peaceful stay, where the real star is the place itself: waking up among the mountains, watching how the light changes throughout the day, and having time to listen, breathe, and simply be. Casa Cielo y Montañas is located within Symphonia Sanctuary, a space dedicated to silence, nature, and wellness experiences in the Andes of Nariño. Guest access Casa Cielo y Montañas is designed exclusively for two guests, so during your stay you will enjoy complete privacy and access to all areas of the house, the rooftop, the reflecting pool and the surrounding outdoor areas. The property is located within Symphonia Sanctuary in Chachagüí, surrounded by nature and trails that run through the mountain and the canyon. We are about 40 minutes from Pasto and just 5 minutes from Antonio Nariño Airport, so you can feel completely secluded without being far from the city.
