Self-contained apartment with Parking

Welcome to the Bread Shed! Situated in gorgoeus hoylake. At the rear of the property we have direct access on to Royal Liverpool golf course and at the front we have the famous Wirral Way trail taking you straight to the beach. Also the train station and high street are 5 minutes walk away! The newly furnished apartment is situated next to our house (with its own entrance and off road parking), you can enjoy a bedroom and sitting area upstairs and mini kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The space The Bread Shed is a quirky, self contained apartment in what can only be described as a Dutch barn style building, it also has a private parking space. When you arrive you will find, tea, coffee, milk and a welcome hamper just to ensure that you can start relaxing as soon as you land. Downstairs there is a bathroom and kitchenette with a dining table and chairs, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine: Up the open and steep stairs (this place isn’t suitable for small kids or those unsteady on their feet) you will find a bedroom area with velux windows including a double bed and day bed plus a trundle (we would accept 2 adults maximum on any booking) and an open plan area with a desk, drawers, hanging rail and storage chest if you are an “unpack and make it your own” type. There is a TV but it’s small because who wants to stay inside when you are on the Wirral! That said, we also have a Firestick and a fine selection of DVDs if you want to pretend you are at blockbusters. The apartment has its own entrance but we are directly opposite, in case you need us. There is off road parking and a lovely garden for you to enjoy. Talking about the garden, we back onto the Royal Liverpool Golf course which you can access directly at the end of the garden next to our lovely bar area where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening if you wish. There is also a bistro table and chairs tucked away in front of your apartment in case you want to sit outside although your are welcome to use our large outdoor dining table too. Or even toast a marshmallow at the fire pit. We have children and they do go outside a lot. They won’t bother you but would be happy to introduce you to our resident chickens and Guinea pigs. We also have a cat who is very friendly but if you don’t like cats that’s ok we will keep her out of your way. Guest access You will access the property via the gates to the side of the house and access to the drive shared but not to the property Other things to note Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property please (including the drive). Booking - please reserve the room using your profile only if it is for you! You must use AIRBNB for work if you are booking for someone else. Unfortunately if the person arriving does not match the profile we will cancel the reservation without a refund. No surprise extra guests please! Fake Tan - firstly you are beautiful as you are however if you choose to wear fake tan you must bring your own bedding and towels and under no circumstances are you to apply fake tan in the Bread Shed, you are welcome to stand in the chicken run and apply it there if you must… Lost Keys - there is a £50 charge per lost key as we will have to change the lock.
