The space A light, modern open planned living space with high ceilings. Double glazed windows and fully insulated with a heat pump/ air conditioner. One bedroom with deck areas for relaxing and a clean, fully tiled new bathroom. Queen bed in the bedroom. Sofa bed in the living area. Guest access Stand alone home, with own entrance. Other things to note Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. Inside or out. Please let us know prior to arrival if you require bedding for the sofa bed and we will make sure this is ready for you. We are on tank water and appreciate your efforts to conserve water. If you require EV charging, please let us know. We charge a nightly rate of $15.00. We have a no gathering/ parties policy. Facilities are only for booked guests.
