Here you feel at home while enjoying every moment with great comfort and practicality! The space The living room is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. The full kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, with basic bedding (sheet and pillow) provided for your convenience. The master suite has a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as air conditioning and a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed and bunk beds for single guests and share a social bathroom. All rooms with air conditioning. Guest access The house will be at the disposal of our guests with complete privacy. Guests can feel completely at ease to enjoy their vacation days with peace of mind. Other things to note Economy Category House without luxury, very pleasant and with plenty of space to receive your family; The garage is small and has a narrow entrance (only 1 small car fits. Large vehicles do not fit, but you can park in front of the house; We do not check in after 10 p.m. We have Air Conditioning only in the suite and in the front room; We do not accept pets; It is mandatory to respect the quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. (under penalty of a fine); We only provide basic bedding. WE DO NOT PROVIDE: personal items (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, etc.), towels, blankets, cleaning products and charcoal for the barbecue; We are not responsible for external factors that may imply possible failures or maintenance of services provided by third parties (internet, electricity, water, etc.) since we have no management over situations that are beyond our scope.
