Fully equipped with 160x200 sofa bed, kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine), dishes and storage. Bed and bath linen, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. Close to shops and restaurants, ENS de Cachan and Maison des Examens. The space The Citadin is a studio located on the 1st floor of a small building, in a central and quiet area of Cachan. You are only 200 m from the RER B – Bagneux station and 700 m from metro line 4, which allows you to reach Paris center in ~15 min by transport. The studio is ideally located for: • 📍 Paris center (Châtelet / Saint-Michel): about 6–8 km and ~15 min by RER B from Bagneux, perfect for cultural visits or shopping days.  • 🎓 Maison des Examens: a few minutes' walk or by transport, very convenient for candidates and companions. • 🛍️ Local shops & restaurants: around the apartment, within walking distance. • 💼 ENS de Cachan / schools: close and easy to access on foot or by bus. The studio is fully equipped for your comfort: comfortable sofa bed 160 x 200, functional kitchen with glass-ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, complete dishes. Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer — all you have to do is put your bags down. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space.
