Just bring your beach wear, we furnish nearly everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Great restaurants and shopping all nearby or stay home and prepare your own gourmet meal in our well equipped kitchen. You'll want to come back every chance you can and discover new adventures! Family room and Master have flat screen TV's with basic cable. Family room is also equipped with an Apple TV so you can log into your favorite streaming services. There are 5 beach chairs on a rolling cart as well as 5 beach towels. There are 2 onsite laundry facilities and a heated swimming pool We are always ready to help our guests with any questions they may have from directions to restaurant recommendations. We always answer our phone and reply to your text messages. Edit The neighborhood is very quiet and great for an evening stroll. There are churches nearby and 2 elementary schools. There are two parks close by, one with baseball fields and tennis, the other has a playground and fishing pier. Besides having a designated parking spot should you choose to bring a car there is a trolly that picks up directly in front of our condo going as far as Clearwater beach one way and Pass-A-Grill the other for $1.50. Also UBER and taxi .
