Welcome to The BeeKeepers - our cosy, dog friendly, romantic barn for two. Located next to our Georgian family home Originally an out building constructed with clay lump, now lovingly renovated to create the perfect retreat. Nestled on the border of Diss between Norfolk and Suffolk, enjoy stunning walks on the doorstep, award winning pubs within 2 miles, city and coastal attractions within 45 minutes A mere 2 hours away from the whirl of London life this rural idle is really the perfect escape The space Lounge and kitchen are linked together complete with sofa, dining table and chairs. Help yourself to any of the books games and puzzles provided on the bookcase. There’s a bespoke handmade Kitchen area complete with butler sink and four large cupboards where you’ll find a selection of tea and coffee, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, compact oven with 2 ring hob, and a fridge complete with complimentary filtered water. No fry ups allowed unfortunately (unless on the BBQ) however there are plenty of local cafes offering fry ups for breakfast! Through the sliding door you will find the cosy bedroom with a comfortable kingsize bed, luxury Egyptian cotton bedding, and a soft waffle cotton bedspread. A wall mounted smart TV will give you access to Netflix, so you can cosy up in your luxury duck feather and down duvet and watch a movie! There is plenty of storage space with an open wardrobe complete with hangers and large chest of drawers. There is also a sofa bed for a child on request. The large walk in shower room with luxury rain shower head delivers high pressured piping hot water on tap. There are lovely toiletries as well as Egyption cotton towels, heated chrome towel rail and huge fluffy robes to relax in. If you enjoy being outdoors then the spacious private garden complete with brick terrace, BBQ and quirky fire pit is just for you! In the summer the french doors open out onto the patio with outdoor lighting, relax with a glass of wine on the Lutyens bench - Just help yourself to logs from the adjacent log store. Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourselves - should you require access to the adjacent laundry room please ask. Access is via a key lock box on the gate. Other things to note A car is recommended for your stay here as we are very rural and taxis are only available if booked in advance
