This 5th floor condo is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! With an amazing beach view, this condo showcases hi-speed internet, two (2) flat screen TVs, a full size sleeper sofa, granite counter tops, central air, all tiled floors and much more. The Master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two Twin size beds, which combined with the sleeper sofa in the living room will easily sleep up to 6 guests. The space There are 3 beds (1 Queen and 2 Twin size beds) and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably and has 2 full bathrooms. There is also unassigned parking for two vehicles in the covered parking lot. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in each floor. To get to the condo on the 5th floor, you have two convenient elevators. Please note that while grilling is permitted in the balcony, grills must be gas or electrical (NO charcoal grills please). Please bring your own. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and the shared facilities (communal pool and hot tubs) Shared Coin operated Washer and Dryer on the floor! Other things to note **** Weather events, including tropical storms and hurricanes, are not accepted reasons for cancellations, re-scheduling, or refunds (unless there is a government mandated evacuation or shutdown). We highly recommend to acquire Travelers or Cancellation insurance at the time of booking to protect your travel/vacation investment. **** Guests will be provided with a starter kit containing toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent (when applicable), coffee paper filters and a few trash bags. It is recommended to bring personal toiletries, additional supplies and beach gear including beach towels. This property does NOT allow parties, events or external visitors. **** This condo does not allow pets. **** Shared facilities and amenities are managed by Inverness and are our of the scope of control of the owner or this particular property manager. We will do everything in our power to communicate the complex management for resolution but we are not responsible for these ammenities, neither for noise coming from neighboring condos or properties
