The ground floor opens into a bright open-plan living area where the lounge, bar, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen flow naturally together. Full-height glass doors bring in abundant light and connect the interior to the private pool and terrace, creating a refreshing sense of openness throughout the day. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms offer comfort and sophistication. Each comes with an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate rain shower, walk-in closet, and an elegant bathtub. A dedicated beauty corner with excellent lighting and a chilled beauty fridge keeps your skincare and fragrances perfectly stored even on the warmest days. The mezzanine, wrapped in sunlight and greenery, is a versatile space that works beautifully as a home office, a creative corner, a reading spot or a play area for children to enjoy their favorite shows. The entire third floor is devoted to the master suite, offering panoramic views, a peaceful desk area, and a refined ensuite bathroom. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our rate is all-inclusive. There are no additional Airbnb service fees, and your stay includes check-out cleaning and high-speed Wi-Fi. Children and infants are welcome. We can provide a baby cot and high chair on request. Children up to 12 years old staying in an existing bed are free of charge. Each guest receives one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey). Weekly make-up cleaning with linen and towel change is included, and you’re welcome to request additional service for a small extra fee. Once your booking is confirmed, we will open a group chat on your preferred app and share all details for your arrival. Throughout your stay, our concierge team is available via chat or phone from 9:00 to 18:00 for anything you may need. Expect friendly, attentive service at all times. Airport transfers can be arranged. Our driver can pick you up and bring you directly to the property for 1,200 THB, where we will meet you for check-in—no matter the time, day or night. Electricity is charged at 8 THB per unit (kWh). We photograph the official meter at check-in and again at check-out; the balance is settled before departure. As guidance, normal usage with air-conditioning at night averages around 170 THB per bedroom per day. Leaving the air-conditioning on while away typically adds about 250 THB. This policy helps avoid unnecessary energy use and supports the sustainability of our beautiful island.
