Sea View Seafront Maisonette/Pool Access & Beach

Just 1 hour from Athens, you will find yourself in a small paradise! Whether you want to swim all day or work remotely, alone or with friends, our welcoming home will offer you all the comforts. It is located in the beautiful Poseidon Villas complex, in Pounta Zeza, next to the sea and within walking distance from the beach. The complex has private access to the sea, as well as a swimming pool. The place is ideal for children and for a quiet vacation away from the crowds. The space The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a very large space with an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace and bathroom, as well as one bedroom with direct access to the yard and sea view. The comfortable courtyard overlooks the sea and plenty of greenery, offering absolute relaxation. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a shared entrance and sea view, as well as a smaller bathroom. The two bedrooms have no door to separate them. At home you will find balls, SUP and sea mattresses to use! Please note that the pool is open only during the summer months (June-September) from 10:00-14:00 and 17:30-20:00. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal.
