We offer you a beautifully renovated and spacious upper unit of our duplex in quiet North Fargo! Perfect for gathering in the great room, or relaxing in any of the THREE bedrooms! Conveniently located, providing easy and quick access to all Fargo has to offer including incredible dining and entertainment in VIBRANT downtown Fargo. You're only an 8 minute drive from: -NDSU/Fargodome -Hector Airport -Downtown Fargo -Sanford Broadway Med -Shopping and more The space Featuring an open concept and many large windows, this recently renovated duplex unit is spacious and comfortable. There is abundant space in the great room for guests to socialize or take advantage of the gigantic 75” smart TV, as well as an expansive ten foot island to gather around while preparing and enjoying a delicious meal. Alternatively, the dining table seats up to 5, for a more traditional dining experience. All seating combined in the great room allows for up to 15 people. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking/baking supplies, as well as a drip coffee maker/Keurig combo and teapot to start your day right. The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a wall mounted 43” Smart TV. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the unit (laundry detergent available) if you need to wash a load or two during your stay. The driveway can accommodate 2-4 vehicles depending on size, but since this is a duplex, the driveway may need to be shared with guests staying in the lower unit. There is also free street parking available on both sides of the street. While the unit can sleep up to 8 guests (including the pullout couch), we think the perfect group size is 5-6. We’re happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier. Guest access The space being offered is the entire upper unit of an up-and-down/stacked duplex, meaning there is a separate upper unit and lower unit in the building. There is a separate listing on Airbnb for the lower unit, as well as a combined listing for groups that would like to book both upper and lower units at the same time. With that in mind, if you book just one of the units, it’s possible there will be a different group of Airbnb guests staying in the other unit at the same time. The only shared space in that instance would be the driveway and walkway up to the separate entry doors. You will have access to the entire upper unit, with a separate entry door and smart lock from the lower unit of the duplex. There is a closet we keep locked at the top of the stairs for cleaning supplies, but other than that the unit is yours! There is a locked door to the right of the washer and dryer that leads to a small balcony which is currently off limits until we have an opportunity to update it. Sorry! Other things to note Must be able to climb stairs, since there are stairs at the entrance. The stairs are also a little shallow compared to a normal house, so watch your step and use the handrail. We do ask all guests of the upper unit to be mindful of noise as best they can, as there may be guests staying in the unit below. We have 2 portable AC units available for your use during the summer months, they can be set up prior to your arrival or you may set them up at your leisure during your stay. We have plenty of space for children and infants, but we do not have some of the amenities such as safety gates for stairs. We are also not responsible for injuries. The unit does feature cordless window blinds, cleaning products are stored out of reach of children, and TVs are wall mounted.
