The main floor is handciap accessable with 36" wide doors & hard-surface flooring. The full-baths on the main floor have roll-in showers & grab bars in the toilet areas. Ramp available for the front door. Lift Chairs in the Living Room & Bedroom #2. Other things to note We have full water access during summer pool (April - October) which is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing off the dock. Between November & March, the water levels decrease as part of a conservation initiative of Alabama Power. Boats do not have access to the dock during the winter months. Boats can be launched from the public ramps all year long but would have to be removed from the lake each day. Kayaks can be carried into the water all year long.
