The space Welcome to our Colorado treehouse, nestled amongst the trees over the township of breathtaking St Marys, Idaho Springs. As you step inside- you'll be greeted with a bright, new age mountain vibe with panoramic views and a fully open concept. A chefs kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/ wine bar start out this spectacular space. Belly up at the kitchen island and laugh with friends while enjoying one of the many downtown Idaho Springs breweries beers. The pellet stove is the heart of the house. A true statement piece offering low maintenance heat during those crisp high alpine nights. Have a meal or play cards with family and friends at the extra long dining table. Cuddle up for a movie or watch the game with friends on the new 75" TV, complete with a soundbar. Take it all in and unwind on your private wrap around deck. You will feel on top of the world gazing at the sunsets from 10,500 elevation. Two fishing badges and recreation badges will be available to use at the beautiful Lake Quivera and Silver Lake just a mile from the house. The Treehouse has it all and is the perfect place to host your next family or friends trip! Guest access Entire home except owners closet in the basement. Other things to note Getting around: We are located at 10,500ft so you will most likely experience snowfall. You are required to have a 4WD vehicle with snow tires in the winter months. An appropriate vehicle with snow tires is a must to help prevent getting stuck in the snow. We do not offer refunds, discounts or take responsibility during inclement weather conditions. There will be two fishing badges and recreation badges available for guests to enjoy Lake Quivera and Silver Lake a mile from the house. Swimming is not permitted.
