It can accommodate up to three people on 42 square meters of living space. The third person is ideally a child. On the ground floor of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchenette with a cozy dining area. Relevant appliances, such as a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen helpers you will find here. In addition, a radio with Bluetooth and wireless charging function is used for you for entertainment. From the kitchen you can step out onto the spacious patio. Enjoy your meals in sunny weather, or come across a glass of wine in a friendly get-together. The bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and a large mirror with integrated digital clock and lighting is also located on the lower level. You will find your peace and quiet up the stairs on the upper floor. So you can expect the sleeping area with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), a sleeping chair (0.80 x 2.00 meters) for the third person, a wardrobe and a private TV. With a morning coffee, you can sit on the adjacent balcony and experience the view over the surroundings. Your own parking space for your car is at your disposal free of charge at the house. There is also a laundry room available at the villa for a fee. WiFi is available free of charge. For our little guests there is a baby travel cot with mattress (without laundry) and a high chair ready.
