Our quiet and friendly furnished studio loft apartment creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, yet is centrally located and therefore the perfect starting point for private and professional stays in the trade fair and university city of Leipzig. With its optimal location in the center-southeast, directly at the university hospital, it is only a 15-minute walk from the city center. The space The studio loft apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2023 and now offers high-quality and comfortable furnishings for a pleasant stay in Leipzig. The high 3.60 m ceilings and the generous windows, which flood the apartment with lots of daylight, harmonize perfectly with the modern furnishings in the listed, old book printing shop from 1898. The non-smoking apartment is located on the easily accessible mezzanine floor and offers a total area of 39 square meters of underfloor heating for pleasant warmth even on cold days. The bathroom is separated from the hallway by a glass door. The walk-in shower lets in plenty of daylight through a large frosted glass panel. The large kingsize bed and the comfortable sofa bed are ideal for relaxing after a long stroll through the city. For sporting activities, the in-house fitness studio is available around the clock at any time. There is public parking on the street in front of the building. There are also paid parking spaces next to the building. There is no private parking space. The apartment is quiet and has no traffic/tram noise despite being located in the city center, the only difference being that the helicopter from the adjacent emergency center can be heard from time to time to save lives. The botanical garden of the University of Leipzig and the Peace Park invite you to take a relaxing walk, jog or bike ride. The Leipzig lake landscape is also only 20 minutes away by car and offers a picturesque backdrop for extensive nature experiences.
