The spacious living-dining room, with air conditioning and ceiling fans, offers an ideal space to rest from the day's heat, with comfortable sofas and satellite television. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee maker. Thinking of families, the house also has a bottle warmer, steriliser and hand blender. On the outside, the terraces offer spacious areas to relax, while the large roof terrace, with beautiful views of the ocean, becomes the perfect place to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The property also features a charming wardrobe-library with books for all ages, as well as a large selection of DVDs, board games and cards, ideal for sharing family moments. Kintore House is especially designed for travelling with children and babies. At the guests' disposal are 2 pushchairs, Bjorn baby carriers, 2 cots (bedding not included), 2 high chairs, 2 chairs for small children and a large toy box with a baby mat, children's toys and Lego. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another en suite with a bathtub, ideal for bathing the little ones. For safety, the house has protective gates on the pool steps and the stairs to the roof terrace are closed both at the top and bottom. A home designed for both young and old to enjoy unforgettable holidays, with comfort, safety and sea views. Tourist tax (Ecotax): A mandatory tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night will be applied during the month of April and €2.00 per person per night from May to October, for those over 16 years old, in accordance with current regulations.
