The property is designed for families traveling or meeting for small family reunions and holidays. We are not designed for wedding events or wedding receptions or large events of any kind and thus these types of events are not allowed. 3) Please be respectful of neighbors and no loud noises after 10pm. 4) We allow cats or dogs but please no more than two dogs per booking and there is a pet fee per animal. No dogs over 80 pounds allowed. 5) There are two security cameras on the property. One is mounted in the back of the house and captures the drive approaching the house; the second one is mounted on the front corner of the house and captures the drive way. No cameras are pointing towards the house, windows, porches or decks and absolutely no cameras allowed inside the house. Guests are prohibited from adding cameras to the WIFI network or adding any software to the network. Guest access The whole house is available for guests, except for one supply room which is locked. Other things to note Home features a king bed in the Owners Suite, with attached bathroom. On the main level are two other bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There’s an additional full bathroom on the main level. In the upper level, there’s a Full Size bed in the great room. Additionally, there’s one children’s bedroom on the upper level that features a twin bed. Great for family reunions, writers’ retreat, painters retreat, etc.
