Private lakefront home with endless views

Escape the hustle of life to this gorgeous lakefront retreat. Decorated with stained glass and antiques, this family friendly home has been entertaining us for years. Start off with coffee on the porch or a relaxing swim before kayaking around the lake's many inlets. Kids adore sliding into the lake to cool off and shooting hoops out front. Evenings are perfect for dinner on the grill and s'mores around the fire pit. Or, board games first, then a movie and popcorn on the couch. Memories await! The space Our home is located in a large residential neighborhood. If you like an evening walk before bed, it's easy and available right from the front door. Once inside and in the backyard, you will notice how private and comfortable our home is. With four bedrooms including a large primary suite and a great living room for gathering, there is plenty of space for solitude and togetherness. The 1,000 square foot primary suite is the only bedroom on the main floor. However, we do have the option of adding an Aerobed mattress or pack-n-play and privacy divider to the large space if it better suits your needs. Additionally, there is a pullout couch in the living room. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. One has a private bathroom and a balcony. The other two share a bathroom. Back downstairs, the kitchen is well stocked and there are both indoor and outdoor dining options. With lots of natural light from skylights and large windows, the tree-lined waterfront view is visible from the majority of the house. Outside we have a basketball goal, lawn games, a fire pit, a Weber grill, a porch swing, a hammock and numerous places to sit and relax. Or, if you're a water lover, you'll enjoy the lakefront amenities of swimming right off the dock or trying out the canoe, paddle board and kayaks. On the inside, we have a fireplace, tons of games and puzzles, WiFi throughout plus three TVs equipped with Amazon FireSticks as well as two Alexa devices for music, news and stories. Guest access Except for my office, the garage and the attic spaces, you will have access to the entire house including all the decking and the dock. (The pontoon boat is not available for guest use.) However, there are kayaks, a paddle board and a canoe available throughout your stay. Other things to note I have lived here for many years and I often entertain my many grandchildren for long weekends and overnights. If you need something, I likely have it on hand. One of the upstairs closets has a large selection of life jackets and we have books, games, toys and puzzles a plenty. If you let me know ahead of time, we also have a small pack n'play and a high chair we can leave out.
