Secret Garden Villa is perfectly situated in Lonavala near ekvira temple , a hill station surrounded by green valleys in Maharashtra. The villa is unique in its own way, it is a bright and elegant two-story villa, completely renovated and restored. A subtle mix of classic and modern styles transforms this historic villa in a central, particularly panoramic position of Lonavala The space There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. All rooms are on the ground floor. All bedrooms have Air- conditioners with attached washrooms. One room has two double beds and one has a rocking chair. Spacious cupboard space and extra mattresses available in all rooms. Living Room The living room is on the ground floor. The sofa seater is for 6-8 people. TV in Living Room with 43 inch Tata-sky, free Wi-Fi and portable music system. Kitchen and Meals The kitchen is on the ground floor. It is a basic kitchen (Fridge, gas and stove, microwave and Aquaguard) Cutlery and crockery are available. All meals can be served to you on additional cost. Outdoor Area The swimming pool is on the ground floor by the garden and deck area. It is the most beautiful part of this villa. Deck Area There is a lovely deck area by the swimming pool. You can enjoy your breakfast in the mornings here. A dining area has been set up here. Additional Amenities Parking available upto 2 cars. Cook available at additional charges. Barbecue available upon prior intimation and at an additional cost. Indoor games available such as Carrom, Chess and other board games. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note Check-in: 1:30 PM, Checkout: 11:00 AM. No early check-in or late checkout allowed. Late checkout results in a ₹2000 per hour deduction from the security deposit. ID cards required at check-in (Pan Cards not accepted). Submit a ₹5000 security deposit, and a guest details form at check-in. Guests liable for property damage. Extra per person charges 1000 per night per head applicable that you need to pay at property. Lock room doors when going out. Management not responsible for loss or damage to belongings. No hazardous or prohibited items allowed. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or negligence. No outdoor music after 9:30 PM; indoor music at low volume. No outside DJ systems allowed. Pool hours: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM. No pool access on checkout day. Basic kitchen available for light cooking; heavy cooking not allowed. Inverter backup for lights and fans during electricity blackouts.
