The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows that flood light in and provide unhindered views of the CBD and Hindmarsh Square. This property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The two large bedrooms have been created with your comfort in mind and feature 5 star hotel quality mattresses, high thread count sheets and luxury quilts and pillows. The large master suite boasts an incredible King Size bed and divine soft furnishings as well as a private bathroom with extra large shower and bathtub. There are overhead and under counter storage areas for your toiletries to be stored. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds which can be brought together to form one King Size bed or separated to become a twin-share room. The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art Miele appliances including dishwasher, fridge, gas cook top, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as indulgent Marble bench tops and splash back. The property is self check-in for your convenience Other things to note Please note we require a copy of your drivers licence or passport upon booking. The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. If you are booking on someone else’s behalf, then we will require your ID in addition to the guests. A $150 Security Deposit is charged to ensure keys, cards or remotes are all returned.
