This newly-remodeled 1BR/1BA condo is right on the shores of Lake Dillon, near the Dillon Marina, a 19-mile recreational loop around the lake, and a short drive (or beautiful walk!) to tons of shopping, restaurants, skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures! Centrally located, our condo offers lots to do in any season. Dillon 2023 STR License #09002440G04 The space This newly-renovated, bright condo is a great homebase for your adventures or a little R&R away from it all. The bedroom (queen bed) and living room (with a queen pull-out couch) access the bathroom independently, and there is a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, with a stove, microwave, etc. Outside, a large ground-floor patio includes a private propane BBQ pit, a propane fire pit table, and patio furniture to soak up the views of the lake, the marina, and some of the tallest mountains in the Rockies! We have two kayaks available for use in the lake, as well as lots of board games and puzzles for your enjoyment. There is Wifi and the TV has a Firestick with access to all the major online streaming services. Guest access You will be given a keypad code the day of your arrival.
