Cabin at Møsvatn Fjellpark

Charming cabin for rent all year round in spectacular nature on the mountain! The cabin is located at Møsvatn Fjellpark on Hardangervidda in Telemark, halfway between Rjukan and Rauland. The cabin area is located right next to Skinnarbu mountain hotel. The cabin is located on the nicest plot in the cabin area with a lovely view over Hardangervidda. It has direct access to endless hiking opportunities whether it is on foot in the summer or cross-country skiing in the winter. Otherwise, Rauland alpine resort is about a 15-minute drive away. The space The cabin includes: - Entrance hall with hooks and dresser. Storage room with freezer, coat rack and good storage options. - Hallway with access to three bedrooms (8 beds) and one bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. - Kitchen with a half-open kitchen solution and all standard kitchen equipment, stove and dishwasher. - Dining table with 8 seats - Living room with 2 armchairs that can be leaned back and a large corner sofa. - Large and sunny terrace with good view. - Garage space for one car and 3 parking spaces Activities offered in the area: In winter, the area is an eldorado for ski enthusiasts with Gaustatoppen and Hardangervidda as viewpoints and miles of prepared slopes right outside the cabin. Strap on your skis and slide out into paradise! Great opportunities for ice fishing on Møsvatn. Rauland Ski Center with large facilities is about 15 minutes drive away. In Vierli, there are also opportunities to drive snowmobiles and dog sleds. The area has a lot to offer in summer/autumn. Here it is excellently arranged for hiking in the mountains, fishing, cycling and hunting. There are trails right behind the cabin with access to miles of nature trails. How about a top trip to Bossnuten with a 350-degree "view" of Gaustatoppen and Telemark? Otherwise, there are good fishing and swimming opportunities in the area. You can also take a boat with "Fjellcruise" on Møsvatn which is one of Norway's largest lakes. Otherwise, Rjukan/Rauland has plenty of activities to offer: the cross-country track, water park with several slides and pools inside/outside, Vemork museum, Hardangervidda National Park Center, large climbing park, mini golf, canoeing, horse riding, Gaustatoppen (nice trip that most people can complete), bungee jumping, Telemark Canal, floating saunas, etc. Bø in Sommarland is also about a 1.5-hour drive away :-) In winter, the area is an eldorado for cross-country skiing with Hardangervidda and Gaustablikk as classic viewpoints and miles of prepared trails right outside the cabin. Strap on your skis and slide out into paradise. Otherwise, there is good ice fishing on Møsvatn and good opportunities for ice climbing (the Nordic's best) Rauland ski center with a large facility for snowboarding/alpine is a 15-minute drive away. In Vierli, there are also opportunities to drive snowmobiles, dog sledding, etc. Guest access Access to the entire cabin/property.
