MOAB RETREAT HOUSE is a large duplex with 3,000 Sq. ft, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on each side. The SOUTH SIDE has 4 bedrooms; all 4 have queen beds. In addition, there are 5 twin beds and 1 full sized bed in the family room downstairs. There is 1 couch that would be suitable for one person, and it has a wet bar in the lower family room with microwave and small fridge. Laundry facilities are in the basement, and there are shared washer & dryers in the garage. The unit has a covered deck. The space All four bedrooms offer queen sized beds, with one master bedroom including an attached master bathroom. In the basement you can spread out choosing from a twin/twin bunkbed, twin/full bunkbed, and twin daybed with trundle. We allow 12 guests to a reservation. Guest access You have exclusive access to the South Side of the duplex, which includes a private fenced backyard. Garage and driveway is shared between both sides of the home. Max of 12 guests and 3 vehicles per reservation allowed. Please reach out if you require more parking space. Garage is available for your recreational equipment and includes laundry facilities. Additional laundry also in the basement of the home. Other things to note This listing is for the SOUTH SIDE of a duplex. Neighboring properties are private property and will be considering trespassing if guests overflow, property to the south of the home is strict on this. Please note that all pets must be approved by the owner/host and a fully refundable pet deposit may be required.
