We are minutes from the I-70, I-76 and I-25 junction, making day trips a breeze, whether you're heading to a nearby town to explore or to the mountains to ski for the day. HOUSE RULES -No parties or guests who aren’t on the reservation -No smoking on this property. -No shoes on carpet (remove at door) -Do not use bathroom sink/tub for anything but washing your body Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Features private entrance accessible through back of house. Please note: There is one locked door at the top of the stairs/entry area that connects to the home owner’s space. This is dead bolted and will not be unlocked or opened during your stay. There is a Cleaning closet at the bottom of the stairs that is locked and not accessible to guests. Other things to note No surprises here! Please review these notes. This space does not have a kitchen sink or laundry facilities. The bathroom sink cannot be used as a substitute. This is a strictly smoke-free property—no tobacco or marijuana, including all forms of use and paraphernalia. We share this upfront to ensure the space suits your needs. Violations incur a $250 minimum fee, plus costs for odor removal and any related cancellations. If this is not a fit for your group, please reach out about cancelling the reservation so that you can book a property that might better fit your needs. -The thermostat in this space is controlled by the unit upstairs. We strive to keep it comfortable for you, however, you won't have autonomy with the thermostat. -There may be sounds of a door opening or closing or footsteps from the upstairs unit that is rented separately, though we've had no complaints about noise thus far. -General traffic may be heard but is easily drown out by TV, music, white noise machines provided in the bedrooms, and by having a good time. - the apartment has private access through a fenced in yard. It is located on the lower basement level.
