Basic Room in Newcastle. Free parking

Hi and welcome to my BnB home! The house is located on a residential street very close to the city centre, and not far from the airport. It is a right nearby from Newcastle's West Road which is in the centre of amenities; shops, stores, restaurants, ATM machines, petrol stations. Rooms are fully furnished and literally ready to go, they're all very spacious. 'Describe in one word' = cosy! (prices negotiable) The space I encourage you to negotiate on price, especially if you're a last minute booking, if you're looking to stay long term, or if you'd like multiple rooms or requests. There are two rooms on your floor (including yours), and you will share 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. I will ensure your room to be provided with; - Double bed(!) - Pillows and duvet - Clean Sheets (always!) - Towels (ask for more!) - Desk - Chair (more available on request) - Chest of drawers - Wardrobe(s) - Mirror - Blinds - Radiator - Window - Private lock with personal key - Two Wi-Fi connections with super-fast 100m/p/s speed and unlimited download data (the wifi names and passwords are located behind your door) - Large drive-way for off-road parking (limited), but plenty of free street parking! - Modern safety features with top-of-the range; full house fire alarm systems, fire doors, emergency back-up lighting and a pressured water system (the house meets criteria) Your kitchen will be fit with; - Hob and double oven (get cooking!) - Microwave - Cutlery - Saucepans and pans - Dishes; plates, bowls - Kettle - Toaster - Fridge and Freezer (with own space/sections) - Washing machine - Cleaning products - Tea, coffee, milk, sugar (I used to provide bread and cereals but a lot gets wasted and I find it uncomfortable when food goes to waste, on request I may be able to provide it, just ask!) Your bathroom - - A shower enclosure which is very easy to use. - Mirror - 4 bathrooms in the house may sound crazy, but don't worry, a high pressure system and allows unlimited of hot and cold water at great speeds All within a few minutes distance from the property are; - Bakeries (including a Greggs) - Cafès - Fast Food Restaurants & Takeaways (Kebabish, Pepe's, etc.) - Major Banks (TSB, Barclays, etc.) - Convenience/Newsagent stores (24hr) - Petrol Station (24hr) - Gym - Trampoline Park - HM Post Office - Doctors' Surgery (GP's) - Pharmacies (Boots, Lloyds, etc.) - Public transport (including Major Bus Routes) (these are all literally between 30 seconds to 4 minutes walking distance depending where you want to go) The BnB is located in a residential area which is very community orientated, everyone looks after each other. I have never had any problems with the area and neither have any guests, safety comes first to me and I would not jeopardise anyone's wellbeing. I live very nearby so I pop by very often anyway to check up on things, and so does the landlord, there's literally never anything to worry about. The neighbours are very close friends of mine and they are lovely people so don't feel like a stranger, give them a hello! Guest access The guests are welcome to use the living space, social area, kitchens, front garden, and rear patio garden as they please. If you'd like to know more please just ask During your stay - Guests will receive full co-operation from me to ensure a delightful stay. I promise to interact on immediate terms (usually within minutes) to any questions or queries and any problems to do with anything. I know as a guest it can be difficult and sometimes uncomfortable going to a new place, so I try and help people feel easy. I can help with travelling, places to see, eat or any advice you need, or if you'd generally just want a chat I'm also available.
