Whether you are here for a stop in between flights, visiting for work, or just looking for a affordable staycation. This is the space for you. This is located at the back of our main home. We have closed off the area for complete privacy and sound proofed the space (the best that we can). Giving you a beautiful home to stay at that is only 400 sq feet. When you approach the back space. You walk up the stairs, directly to a smart lock with your own code. Entering the home it's all right there for you. A comfortable couch, with a wonderful table, and a 40 inch television for you to enjoy. Just as you enter into the kitchen, we have a free range gas stove that is brand new for you to have your own little kitchen. All the cooking supplies that you would have in any kitchen are included. A Keurig to brew your morning coffee. A full size fridge to fit all your groceries while staying for a good amount of time. A wonderful eye of the homeowner gives you a beautiful and interesting take on a dining room table. A tool chest, isn't just for tools anymore. A space for two. So come with another person, or invite a friend over to cook dinner for the evening. The bed is a Zinus cooling queen bed. Plenty of closet space and a huge bathroom for you to shower and get ready for your day. This urban tiny home has it all and we look forward to hosting you! You as a guest will have direct access to the back unit of the main home (attached but NOT shared). You will arrive parking on the street. Then walk to the back of the home. You will walk up the small amount of stairs to a private entrance with its own smart lock to get into the home. Once inside the space, the 400 square feet are completely yours. This is a duplex and will occasionally have guest in the front space. We have placed a soundproof wall and noise dampening panels on the wall as well to avoid the best that we can the space of either home. We supply clear and direct information from the moment that you book our home. Then will continue to make sure that we have clear direction all the way to your departure. We are available for you and any questions that you might have. We are available through messaging, text, or a phone call. You are our most important guest when you stay in our home and will be the focus until you leave. We are located at the end of a dead end street. The neighborhood is quiet and has wonderful neighbors. Everyone keeps to themselves. This location is safe and close to a main highway to take you anywhere quickly. Whether you are visiting family, going to attractions downtown, or in between flights heading back to the airport. You are close to it all. Lyft Uber Parking is on the street. Completely free. Dropping off luggage can be completed while in the driveway. Then you will have to return to the street for your parking. Once inside the space, the 400 square feet are completely yours. Please understand the yard is SHARED with the front unit. This is a duplex and will occasionally have guests in the front space. We have placed a soundproof wall and noise dampening panels on the wall as well, to avoid sound the best that we can, in the space of either home. To be completely transparent, you MAY hear noise. Parking for both the front and back unit will be on the street.
