The space The Unit The unit is 1Bedroom 28sqm, fully furnished from IKEA and Mandaue Foam with balcony. The Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with a rangehood exhaust. Refrigerator. All kitchen materials such as knives, plates, utensils, glasses, frying pans etc. are available. The Living Room The living room consists of - An L shaped sofa which is good for 3-4 people with 2 pillows by Mandaue Foam. - Lack Coffee table with an extra shelf underneath for magazines, etc. designed by IKEA - Bloodlonn Mirrors designed by IKEA - Carpet - SMART TV 55'' 4K UHD LCD/LED Android OS with Bluetooth, WiFi, Mobile Connectivity. Late check in will not result to a later check out. Check out time is still 12pm] Guests will be given an authorization slip before the check in date. The authorization slip will be shown to the frontdesk lobby [Ground Floor] upon arrival at Air Residences. It is mandatory by Jazz Residences to leave 1 Valid ID throughout the stay. Guests would be given a guest pass. The Unit is installed with a SMARTLOCK with a 6-9 digit code either given by the Host or Personal Code given by the guest. CHECK OUT [Check out time is 12pm] AMENITIES - Pool Area and Heated Pool [6th Floor] - Kindly Advise the unit owner if a guest would be using the pool area before check in. The Property Management requires a fee of Php 150 per head for the pool area - GYM [6th Floor] - Jogging Area [6th Floor] - Gazebos [6th Floor] - Admin Office [2nd Floor] MALL Jazz Mall is located at the Ground Floor Other things to note Cleanliness - As much as possible, the guest must leave the unit clean - Dishes are washed - Tables, Chairs, Bed are at the right place Damage, Vandalism, and loss of items in the Unit - Any damage and/or vandalism done to the unit by the guest will be charged to the guest depending on the amount of damage done. - Any Items losing at the unit must be returned/ replaced by the guest. Smartlock - In any case the lock auto locks and the guest fails to input the right code 3 times, the smartlock will auto lock. In order for this be resolved the unit owner needs to personally go to the unit to fix the lock. - This will result to transportation fee care of the guest. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The unit is sanitized and cleaned by professional cleaners every check in and check out of every guest. Bedsheets, pillow cases, and pillows are replaced every check in and check out for sanitary purposes. To support a clean and sanitary stay for the upcoming guest.
