Any damages or concerns should be immediately reported. Other things to note •We may require a fully refundable incidentals fee. This is paid separately through Airbnb prior to check in, and returned upon a successful checkout, pending the space is left as found, and without damages, house rule violations, or excessive cleaning needed. •Stays exceeding 1 month will require a cleaning service at an additional rate. •If your travel dates are uncertain, we do advise purchasing the travel insurance.
