The space Our home has an excellent location. It's near the tourist spots but away from the hustle and buzzle of the city. You can relax in the balcony after a day's tour. As the unit is in level 6, enjoy the mountain view, cool breeze and the fresh air. It's quite common to have foggy afternoons. Be greeted by the breathtaking sunrise every morning. The unit has a queen sized bed with a single pull out which can accomodate to a total of 3 guests. There is a sofa bed in the living room too. Two fans are available for added ventilation. Enjoy cooking your favorite dishes. Provided are water kettle, rice cooker, pots and pans, induction stove, kitchen utensils, microwave and a refrigerator. Dining table is provided where you can enjoy your meals. Guest access Once you get to Yangco Road, go towards the roundabout near Pink Sisters Convent and Brent International School. The condominium is on the left side and easy to spot. Parking is not included in the amenities. There are however 3 slots in the admin building but is on a first-come, first-served basis from 7 am to 10 pm. Paid parking is another option at P500+ per night but depends on the availability. Alternatively, there is free parking across the street but is not guaranteed. Other things to note - As the condominium is relatively new, there may be some units with ongoing construction during the day. After work hours, it is usually quiet and relaxing. - There is frequent power interruption in the city. Though there is a generator in the building, it is wise to have other power sources on standby. - There is limited water supply in the city and delivery may be delayed at times. You may want to store water in advance using the bucket and basin provided. Just make sure taps are off before leaving the unit to avoid flooding. - There are extra trash bags under the sink. In case you need to dispose garbage, there are bins located in the basement and at the entrance of the building. - You may be reminded of the farm ambiance as there are roosters that crow every morning. Take it as your alarm clock. :)
