The space The unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo, a full kitchen, equipped with utensils & cutlery, refrigerator, stove, microwave, two AC units ( one in the bedroom; one in the living room), big TV, WI FI, expresso coffee maker with LOTS of coffee for you to choose and enjoy; we are from two different countries where coffee brought our souls together, PR and Colombia, therefore we want you to taste our traditions. Laundry washer/dryer combo, available in the unit. (pods are not included) Community pool with one adult pool and another one for the kids, two basketball courts, a racket ball, and tennis court as well. For business travelers, there is a place for you to work from a convertible small desk while you enjoy the view of the ocean in a quiet and peaceful environment. 24-hour security / guarded entry gate. From there, you can access remarkable places like El Yunque, the Fajardo Marina, and the Ceiba Port, from where you can visit one of the best world beaches in Culebra by taking the Ferry. Delicious food from our local fine cuisine restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, groceries, pharmacies, and more. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Guest access The entire apartment.
