The space The "MAR" is located at "The Beach House " on the 2nd floor. Its one of 3 Apartments in the building. It has 1 king bedroom, 1 full bath, and 1/2 bath in the garage. 968 square ft/93 square meters per apartment. 100ft/30 meters from the beach. Full kitchen, sofa-bed in the living room. Laundry in garage with. 4 car garage, with one spot in the patio area. 1 guaranteed spot, and sometimes 2 are available. There is also parking to the side of the building, first come first serve. Enclosed Front Yard/patio with bbq, refrigerator, sink, yard, and beach shower. Sleeps 4-6 people per apartment, depending on comfort level. 2 in the king, 2 on the sofa/bed, and 2-floor mattresses. There is a Brazilian Rede,(hammock) for a 4th level of comfort. Nicer than you would think. Great restaurant next door "Bar do Cris" , great brazilian food, that also serves on the beach. Also a restaurant "João Bar Restaurante" with beachfront pool just around the corner. We speak Portuguese and English. We prefer 1 to 4-week rentals, 6-day minimum, outside this may be negotiated.
