Located in an ancient 12th-century castle, the house has been renovated following our passion for art and history. Close to Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Tuscany. The space In the small ancient village "Castello di Mantignana" you can rent an entire house with a garden and a terrace from where you can admire the surrounding countryside and the relaxing sunsets. Nestled between the turret and the thick walls of the ancient medieval castle, the house is on two floors. On the first floor you will find an entrance, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchen with fireplace. On the second floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a study. The house has basic amenities: dishes, utensils, appliances and condiments for the kitchen, bed and bath linens, hairdryer and cleaning products. There is also a television, a stereo, many books and comics, board games and, for the little ones, toys and drawing materials. The terrace and garden are equipped with sofas, tables and coffee tables with chairs and deckchairs. The garden is also equipped with a barbecue area, a small laundry room with a sink and washing machine, and a garage. Finally, it is embellished with many objects of rural tradition and with the friendly but discreet presence of our cat Arancino! Guest access Guests will have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the house during their stay.
