Bantam Lake Waterfront Retreat with Private Beach

Waterfront home on Bantam Lake, 3BR/2BA. Relax on the deck, enjoy the sunrise, swim at your private beach. Kayaks available for use (4); bring your boat or jet ski. Minutes away from hiking, snow skiing, vineyards, biking, and so much more. The area offers great restaurants and family friendly activities that are minutes away. BBQ on the gas grill, enjoy the fire pit on the beach. House is great for couples, individuals & families. Please check first if you plan to bring a boat. 7 maximum. The space Guests will find a space that is spacious and bright. There is a bedroom on first floor with a double bed. Two bedrooms upstairs , one with a king bed, and one with 3 twin beds. The house is equipped with central air and wifi, along with a Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, along with gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Linen closet is stocked with additional sheets, towels, and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer available in the 1st floor bath. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house, and may bring boats and jet skis. Host family does dock their boats and on occasion may use them There is a storage shed on the beach that has beach toys and extra chairs. Kayaks are available for use, but please bring your own preserver. Other things to note Dock and kayaks are not in the water until Memorial Day, and removed around Columbus Day.Guests swim or enter the lake at their own risk. Homeowners are not responsible for anyone swimming in the lake or using kayaks. If you plan to bring a boat, check with host first. Our property was used to film an episode for Season 2 of 'UFO Witness' on the Travel Channel/Discovery Plus.
