Beautifully Spacious Town House.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. A well cared for town house walkable to town. Fantastic location for bars shopping and Barnstaple attractions. Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for four people maximum, the Queen bed splits to make twin beds upon request in the first bedroom. Cosy living room , Dining area and large galley kitchen.Location perfect for exploring Barnstaple & surrounding area. The space My home is your home. The whole house is yours to use. Enjoy a cozy living room with gas stove fire & TV. Please make yourself at home. I am here to help in anyway to ensure that your visit to my beautiful town is enjoyable. 2 spacious bedrooms, a loft bedroom with en-suite with double bed. Bedroom 2 is located on 2nd floor with a large bathroom right next door. The outside space is South facing and a sun trap during the Summer months, there is garden lounge furniture with a garden dining table for Alfresco eating along with cushions and throws & a fire-pit. In the evening the garden is lit with lights to give a romantic feel which is at your disposal. The use of cupboards, dishwasher/fridge/freezer/appliances is of course allowed. The washing machine is easy to use but just ensure you use the quick wash option. I want to give my guests a home away from home experience, a staying at a friend’s place feel. Guest access Entire house, lounge, dining room, kitchen etc. Outside courtyard, their own large bedroom, their own large private bathroom. 2nd top loft bedroom, spacious with en-suite shower available when 3 or more guests are booking, top room will be locked off if occupancy is for 1 or 2 people sharing. Alternatively please confirm if you want both rooms open if you’re not happy sharing a room. Other things to note I do offer a complimentary breakfast(sourdough bread (toast), milk in fridge. There are spices etc in the cupboard which my guests can use. I do also leave wine, gin etc but if you do partake in a tipple please leave an honesty donation on the cocktail bar. Please remember this is a town house, and is about 9 miles from the nearest beach. The house is situated in a Victorian street which I love. ❤️ For long term let’s, please be aware that the guest/guests are responsible for keeping the house clean & tidy putting out recycling & black bins when required. Treat the property with respect. Quick insight into number 3. Ive owned the house for 25 years and brought my two girls Steffi & Abi up in it. The house was then residentially let out for 10 years whilst I was working away in Bristol as a Medical Rep. Upon the loss of my partner Mike unexpectedly I took back the house and completely renovated it myself. I painted and reconfigured the building to how it looks today. Number 3 has various nods to my family, RAF my late Dad served for 33 years, the racing pics, my late brother Paul a jockey at Newmarket . The travel nod, the places I’ve worked and visited.
