Welcome to our modern, Scandinavian-inspired Airbnb home located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant heart of Washington, D.C. This stylish dwelling offers the perfect balance between convenience and luxury living, making it an ideal base for exploring the nation's capital. Only 25 minutes to downtown DC, 2 minutes to Mosaic district, 9 minutes to Tysons Corner and situated 5 minutes to either Vienna or Dunn-Loring Metro stations on the Orange Line! *located near a Fire station* The space Scandinavian-inspired 3 story home design with a spacious Main bedroom and balcony with an ensuite bathroom with heated flooring! 4 additional upstairs bedrooms each with a Queen bed: 2 of which are Jack & Jill and share a bathroom, and another 2 are located next to the other hallway full bathroom! One of the queen bedrooms upstairs has a desk and workspace! The upstairs hallway also has a washer and dryer closet! The 5th Queen bedroom is located in the basement, which has its own full bathroom as well as a walkout staircase leading to the backyard! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home, back and side yards, and use of garage and driveway, with the exception of the Owner's locked closet located in the basement! Other things to note The home is located on a busy street and across the street from a fire station, so sounds of vehicles passing and emergency sirens may be heard. The property is furnished and designed for young adults, working professionals, and families with children over the age of 2. The property is NOT well suited for families with infants under the age of 2. If we receive a request to book with children under the age of 2, it will unfortunately be declined. There are a total of 4 security cameras located throughout the exterior of the home for safety and insurance purpose. One camera is located above the garage outside, another is located on the side yard fence facing the side door, another is located facing the backyard outside the sliding doors in the living room, and the final one is the smart doorbell. These are all located on the exterior of the property and cover all entrances for safety and security reasons. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are some drainage ditches in the backyard for water runoff. Please be careful and watch where you step! We have scheduled pest control services that service the property, so the baseboards throughout the home may have some pesticide substances, especially in the basement. We try our best to keep the property bug free, however bugs are commonly found in the basements of homes in the Northern VA area. We have scheduled lawn care services that visit and service the property, so they may be seen/heard during your stay. Trash and Recycling pickups are on Thursdays, so if you would like the bins to be emptied, please put them out by the mailbox on Wednesday night. If you do so, please don't forget to bring the bins back to the home after they are emptied on Thursday.
