Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home in the NW area of town. Walk to the 236 acre Stewart Park that hosts activities for all ages throughout the year. Near stores, restaurants, hospital, and quick access to wineries, and the famous Umpqua Rivers. A fully stocked kitchen. New appliances. One King BR w/office area and 2nd television. One queen BR; One bathroom with combo shower/tub & handrails. Quiet neighbors. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. The space The home is decorated with Modern clean lines with plenty of room for your own belongings and groceries. The master BR has a king size bed. The master closet has lots of hanging and drawer space with a bench full of games. The queen room is smaller with half of the 7’ wall closet having a dresser and shelving; the other half with hanging space. Both rooms have full length mirrors, internet capability on each side of the Saatva beds; as well as internet and make-up mirror at the desk in the master bedroom. Internet connection is also in the corner of the living room’s sofa area. The Wi-Fi speed is excellent at 500+ Mbps throughout the house. The kitchen is a small galley type but the appliance pantry and cooking supplies are more than we have experienced at any ABNB. A chef’s delight! The dining table sits 6 people comfortably if you have company for dinner. There is always one lighted parking space on the driveway next to the front door’s porch. There is one additional guest parking just outside the driveway. Free street parking is also available on Ellis St as you enter the cul-de-sac. We love the location due to it’s VICINITY in a safe neighborhood that is central to everything Roseburg has to offer. Because of this VICINITY vehicular noise can be heard from the 35mph Stewart Parkway. We have added SNOOZ sound machines and disposable earplugs if you wish to use them; however we don’t find the need for ourselves. Guest access All of the home by yourselves. The garage is not accessible. ADA: The home is not legally ADA compliant, however easily fits the need for physical challenges in the following ways: The driveway parking is next to the front porch with room to exit/enter. The porch has a 1.75” step up. The front door has another 4” step up. The garage (which is not always available) has a 5” step down from inside the kitchen. It’s a one-story house with a tub combo shower that one needs to step over. There is a shower chair available upon request. Grab bars are near the toilet; as well as entering the shower. The front door is 35” wide. The hallway is 34” wide. All other doors are 31” wide (not the recommended 32”+ for wheelchairs). Other things to note Infants are always welcome! We just don’t have the crib, high chair or safety locks in place.
