This is a place to relax with the whole family, where you can enjoy the sun, breathe in the tranquility, and listen to the birds singing and the waves of the sea. It's an unforgettable experience. The space It's a comfortable house on one floor with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, hot and cold water (For hygiene reasons, bath towels and hand towels are not provided), air conditioning (mini split), ceiling fan, TV, 2 double beds, coat rack and dressing table with closet for storing clothes. Features a living room, TV, dining room with ceiling and pedestal fans. The kitchen has a stove (grill ) Refrigerator, blender, microwave oven, cooking utensils, crockery and crockery. On the outside there is a screened terrace for added comfort inside a ceiling and pedestal fan, a 2nd dining room, grill and beach chairs. We also have Palapa area with wall fan, grill, brewing bar, utensils and sink as well as beverage bar and ice creamer. 2 outdoor showers to rinse off sand before entering the pool or house. A half bathroom for added comfort when you are in the pool. The pool is private 9 meters long x 4 wide, it goes from 90 centimeters to 1.60 deep, with bench for comfort of children and adults, (pool towels are not provided). Features a backyard, ties to tend wet clothes and a laundry room. Parking up to 4 outdoor cars inside the property. The most incredible thing is that we are one block from the beach walking and 3 km from the center of Tecolutla. Guest access We personally welcome you, give you the tour, and explain the details of the property in 10 minutes To make your stay pleasant, please read the house rules. The keys are handed over, and we are available for any needs you may have. Other things to note Your hosts Esther and Sergio are in an apartment in the upper floor of the property, without affecting your spaces or your privacy. We will be pending to resolve any concerns or needs you have. In the evenings, the pool will be maintained and the plants will be watered.
