Villa 69 is conveniently situated among the rows of houses overlooking the world-renowned Clifton 4th beach, boasting panoramic views of the ocean. The 4-bedroom home has an open-plan living area at the bottom floor which leads onto a deck with a private, heated pool, grill and outdoor dining area. Upstairs, there is a cosy loft area with a fireplace, as well as a patio. A well-kept pathway will lead you from the home's front door to the beach in just 44 steps. The space The entire home overlooks the beach area, with sliding shutters and sliding doors opening up, and creating an open-plan, inside/outside flow where guests can relax in a leisurely manner with a full view of the beach and ocean. The home can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children (as one of the 4 bedrooms includes a bunk bed for children).
