With regard to the rates (electricity, water and gas), if the range of these consumptions is exceeded, in a transparent manner, we will inform and we will have to charge the difference, given that changes in the consumption range by the electricity companies and water, which are now private, has had an impact on bills. In this way, we believe that in order not to overcharge the daily allowance in advance for supposed consumption, as it is possible to measure it before and during the period of the stay.
